Super BAD customer service.

Mcdonalds in Observatory, never answers their calls when the call centre calls them. They are forever busy and cannot deliver. Most unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Whats the point of your existence? Cannot deliver your product, then what are you doing? DO NOT buy from Observatory McDonalds until more competent staff is hired!
