Super bad

Worst service received from McDonald's Tygervally this evening. They spilled an entire cooldrink in my car through the drive through!!! Because of how stupidly it was handed on the tray by the waiter and the cooldrink fell off and into my car. All he did was apologized and when I asked him who's going to pay for the valet for cleaning my car he simply said sorry again. I told him sorry isn't helping us call the manager because the entire cooldrink just fell out on my mat wetting almost everything in my driver's side including important documents I kept I my door. Quinton that came to assist simply said he will check the footage on the camera and get back to us. Not advising how they willing to fix this situation just that he will get back to us and he dismissed us.

After driving away only to discover that the happy meal I ordered didn't even have the toy in. At this point I just didn't have the energy to drive back and deal with any of the *********** staff anymore becuase I'm already over the edge over the fact that they aren't willing to take responsibility for a mess they made

I would greatly appreciate feedback on how Macdonalds is going take accountability for the slip up of their employee because if I don't have my car cleaned and dried properly at a valet today a wet smell will stay in here.
