Super annoyed!!!

I am so annoyed with the service I received from Mcdonald’s lansdowne corner. After waiting for approximately 20min in the drive thru, we placed our order then proceeded to the pay window, only to be told that the store is offline and can only accept cash. Is this not supposed to be communicated at the 1st point? What a waste of time!
