Such lovely service

Woow! Honestly I was so impressed with the service provided by Nolutho at McDonalds drive through at Liberty Promenade on the 19-09-2019.

The service was slow but she apologized with a smile which made me feel so appreciated. I couldn’t even moan because her positive way of handling me. I think they were short staffed as they seemed under pressure.

Please treat your staff well as they seem to love what they do and give it their all. Let’s hope they get a great bonus.
