Such bad service

So this morning I woke up feeling all warm and fuzzy inside and decided to buy the girls at work Sausage Mc****ins, I went to the McDonald's in Rosebank on Oxford Road's drive thru and placed my order for 4 Sausage Mc****ins, specifying that all 4 should have egg, got to the payment window... surprise, I was billed for 1!!! So I spoke to who I think was the assistant manager as he was everywhere at once, he said he would sort it out so I decided to go inside the restaurant as I didn't want to cause unnecessary traffic for everyone else behind me, waited +-30min for the order... asked to speak to the manager and was told he/she was not available.. I left thinking ag well the girls will be happy, got to the office and SURPRIIIIIISE...... NO EGG!! warm and fuzzy turned to irritated and all because I wanted to put a smile on my colleagues faces!! Thanks
