Substandard mcflurry

I ordered mcflurry via drive thu at McDonald's in Rustenburg, Waterfall mall. I was given an unmixed mcflurry, I.e crushed oreos and chocolate syrup on top. I then showed the lady who gave it to me and asked about mixing? She just took it back unapologetically and gave it to another lady to mix it. Then she came back seconds later and gave it to me. I looked at it then looked at her coz I was shocked at what was presented to me. Then with an attitude she just looked at the car behind me holding their order. I left and when I ate it I realized that it was only mixed on top and the middle to bottom was not touched, just normal ice cream. I was so shocked about the substandard mcflurry I was served with. The attitude was probably because they were tired but I never expected the substandard mcflurry. So disappointed as I absolutely love it and get it more often than any meal at McDonald's.
