stupidity!

<p>I'm very disgusted by the level of customer service in this particular restaurant,I'm a regular at the store and it's not the 1st time I'm encountering appalling customer service,we usually meet there with my colleagues for early meetings theres 12 of us all of us drive so we park there and a iMvula security guy whose name starts with an N his surname is Mnisi is forever on our backs regarding parking so we are consumers there where are we supposed to park? Should we park at Engen whilst we going to McDonald's? So after meetings we exchange boxes and paper that we work with and he tells us to leave the premises as we are promoting our business on their premises!how is taking goods from 1 boot 2 another promoting?on our first encounter we met a very nice gentle who I'm guessing was the manager who never had a problem with us being there yesterday again this particular security guards and two ladies of which 1 had short burgundy hair who had no name tag was very rude who walked and left the matter unsolved with people starring at us as though we are crazy because of this security guy was causing a scene for us being at the parking before we could go in and consume our lunch 1 lady of which I believe is a trainer also walked away after shouting that we doing business on their premise,so what I'd like to find out from McDonald's is if ever us as consumers are not allowed to meet there anymore or should we carry our cars in our handbags and enter the restaurant? That security guy is very useless and doesn't have any respect for customers I'm so disgusted nd disappointed I didn't expect such immaturity and lack of customer service s****s in a up market environment like Woodmead!*sies*</p>
