Stupid Delivery services, Cheap labor staff

I ordered a Big Mac and the driver said he arrived when he was not even here, I had to wait more than 5minutes outside and only then he arrived with an incomplete order, he forgot my coke that goes with the meal, when I asked him he said it was not ordered. I quickly showed him the slip he brough and coke was 1st on the list. Driver cannot communicate clearly in English which led to us not understanding each other, he says its not his fault, so whos fault is it mine? Can I have my refund please as I dont have food and I used a card payment... he took the security code and said he will bring my food again, the next thing he blocked my number.

Please tell me how do you as Mac D work with ******, I already made an online payment and your driver blocked my calls... Can I have my money please... I don't know why u don't have delivery services of your own as this delivery guys are *********** and cant even speak English... I mean there was a language barrier between us, but my order left your shop incomplete, whoever gave him my order did not include a drink... can u refund me aseblief...
