Stuck in a drive through.

Kids wanted IceCream on our way home from Stellenbosch and I decided to go to McDonalds since its on the way home and convenient. Stood in the drive through queue ....got the the \ordering machine\" and was promptly told after I placed my order that they do not have IceCream, This was at 16:30ish. Now I am stuck in the drive through queue. I cannot reverse as there are 4 cars behind me and cars in front of me.<br> <br> Eventually got the the payment point window and asked to speak to a manager to find out why there was no sign put up. The cashier said that she does not know who the manager is, after my persistence she asked a colleague who said it was Ashley Dumpies, who left for the day and there is no other manager on duty. How does that work? No reporting lines at all?<br> <br> Firstly have a sign up at your drive through section indicating that you are out of a specific product or even in your store front window. Siting in a drive through queue for when ordering nothing is a waste of time.<br> <br> Eventually bought frozen yogurt at Myog in Stellenbosch...see my review for my experience there....simply wonderful.<br> <br> "
