Street name not found

I've phoned McDonalds Delivery Twice and both times they told me they can't find my street on their system, this after I spelled the str name. What is strange though is that they came to deliver at my neighbors'. Place just right opposite me,and I spelled their street name too but they could not trace that either. I asked the lady to explain this to me but she just said she can't explain it....strange hey....i find this unacceptable. They need to load proper maps on their systems then to avoid this nonsense. My street name is Falstaff in Highbury Park, Kuils River and the str opposite me is Carwell.
