Store should be closed down or new management is needed

<p>This is the worst experience received from one McDonalds's store in the time span of less than 24 hours. I done my order online for a Chicken Sharebag like I did the previous day because I was able to swop out drinks for milkshakes. Something the store advised I was not able to do the previous day. I then processed the order and before checkout noted how much change to bring and asked if possible to swop the chocolate shake with banana as the promo flavour is not on the app. Eta was advised (between 12:45 and 13:00) and store called at 12:40 to ask if I would like to change my chocolate medium shake for banana. I advised them of this. It was only at 13:20 that I realised the order is late. I called the call centre as customer service line was not available. I explicitly told the lady that due to my order being late I do not want to pay for it. She contacted the store and spoke to Wendy the manager. She did a conference and I told them of my previous instances with the store in less than 24 hours and told them how **** their service is and that my order will not be paid. The only options the manager could is that I do not pay the R10 delivery fee which is ****all in comparison to the service failure and having to pay for the full meal. Being hungry I paid and took the meal. When I checked all contents I released that both my shakes were changed to Banana. The one small drink I changed to the Mc Mixa chocolate shake because it was something I did not try before. But the containers with the milkshakes in were so light. I opened them to check the contents and the froth on top covered the actual level of the shake. It was also melted causing it to be so light. I asked for two Jalepeno sauces and received 4. The chicken burgers were not bigmac burgers liked I received the previous evening and the chips tasted soft and stale. Both this store and mcdelivery need to look at this as the reputation of Mcdonalds is at stake. I will not recommend this store to anyone, instead I will recommend Burger King.</p>
