stinky bad attitude from MacDonald's CHURCH SQUARE team member called SANA

am very disappointed by the level of professionalism in your SAMMY MARKS square store in pretoria central,i went there for lunch like i usually do and this rude girl called Sanah OFFERED to assist us on the self service machines that you have on the store we then declined the offer for her assistance telling her we still undecided on what to eat so we will go ahead and service ourselves she then rudely walked away and said you don't want to be assisted when we are so busy she thought i didn't hear it and when i approach her to ask what she just said she raised her voice ,i then asked to see the manager who called her aside but she still denied ever saying anything to me and raised her voice again she didn't even apologise only the manager who apologised to me and she went on to service other customers with her bad attitude saying people have anger issues blah bla blah!!!! is that the kind of service and attitude am suppose to get when i come to your stores as a paying customer i think i deserved to be given my space to decide what i wanna eat without being rushed by your rude stuff just because it's packed am really disappointed and i think i deserve an apology from the manner in which this matter was handled in the store.
