stinking service at Sam ntuli mall mc donalds

I am at McDonald's donald Sam ntuli mall with my kids the aircon is ridiculous cold mind you i am with my 4 months old son i asked them to lower the aircon on our side the said no,we should go sit outside if we have a problem
