Stinking Service

On the 09/05/2021 at about 11:30 I arrived in to your branch at Tramshed, Cnr Pretorius and Van Der Waldt, just get a Mcflurry and Plain Sundae. My order set on the waiting list for 5 minutes, without any explanation. When I requested to speak to the store manager, the store manager was not there but only shift manager Christina was available. I asked Christina why do they have to provide such Hideous service, she told me to report her and she left me on the counter with a bad attitude. She was never apologetic or what so ever. She was very rude and she has no respect for the business and for her position. Guys the stander has dropped at your stores and this is not the first time this happened at the same store. What happened the culture of Mistry shopper at the stores? Now people they behave is they like not adhering the culture of the business.

I would Like Christina to dealt with, consequence management must take course, so that she must know how to respect her work and she must know what is she hired for. and also what time does store managers have to report on duty? I'm shocked even now that McDonald has a tendency to appoint such people as managers.
