Stinking attitude at Athlone McDonald's

I received terrible service at McDonald's Athlone last week and I laid a detailed complaint about the appalling service I had received from them. On Monday they attempted to contact me once and they didn't make another attempt then today I received and SMS that my complaint has been resolved. How is it resolved when no one got through to me, they didn't even send an email after the one call attempt. I am furious and will not stand for this!
