Still waiting for my refund

On my way to work to Jhb on Friday morning I stopped at Mc Donalds to get some breakfast. I was greeted by poor service. It took the cashier 5 min to take my order as she was busy chatting to her colleagues. Then I had to wait another 20 min for my food only to be told that the eggs are not available so I will he refunded.this us 25 min of waiting. Then the manager without even a mere apology told me the refund will reflect and to this day im still waiting for my money plus I didn't get what I wanted which is food. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by how the staff at Mc Donalds Jean avenue handle their customers. I want my money and will never set foot in that outlet. Highly pregnant as I am im sure I'm not expected to go back to demand my money. Teach your staff some manners because I'm not the only customer that is unhappy about the level of service particularly on that Friday morning<br>
