Stellenbosch Mcdonalds service is so low a 1 star is a compliment

McDonalds Stellenbosch branch conveniently "neglect" to pack your Burger. In my view this is theft. The manager is as useless. When asked how he will fix, will he deliver to my home? No he will NOT do that. Your service is so low that a 1 star is a compliment.
