Stay away from McDelivery

I placed an order using the McDonald's app for delivery, 1 Mexican burger, 1 chilli cheese McFlavour fries, easy right? Noooooo. Two hours later, after calling a number of McDonald's around us ( all unable to locate the order ) we got directed McDonald's waterfall. Now I had to drive there to get this sorted out ( we had paid for delivery) at 22h00, waiting in the long drive through cue because the doors are not open 24hours like the drive through. Hold on did I tell you that their phone numbers are not listed, not even the other restaurants know it, anyways I get directed to the Mr D/ Uber eats entry point and was met by a lady who check and was adamant that the order was not theirs after a 10 mins or so finally found it. She proceeded to prepare my order as though nothing was the matter, handed over the goods to which I rep**** that I'm unhappy. She then proceeded to get into franchisee/franchisor relationship and McDelivery which I was not interested in, asked for the manager. Manager arrived and after sometime she suggested that take the food and come back on Monday to complain, not owning the situation. Defeated, took my **** and got my ass out of there. Never again will I F**k with McDelivery nor McDonald's waterfall.
