STALLING TO REFUND - RONDEBOSCH MacDonalds

It’s been over 2 months since we sat at MacDonalds (Rondebosch main road) for 45 minutes waiting for a meal. We were in the area and decided to pop in and grab something, shifts were changing and we got the bad end of the stick. Orders of the lady we bought from were ignored and have been asking for our refund back sing August 09. Mac Donald’s claim to be attending to the matter but they want the card details (ignoring POPIA act, 2 months later, NO REFUND - that’s his snail pace they work. Would I want a repeat of such? NO, REFUND PLEASE - have spoken to the Manager, a guy named Thabo and a Govender with no initials - they all duck and dive.
