Stale old food

Today I placed an order via uber eats for a big mac meal and a cajun meal. When the order arrived. We received stale chips, looked more than a day old. The big mac burger had lettuce that was turning brown, the patties were not fresh nor were the buns. The cajun meal was piled with sauce which made the dam burger inedible. The cheese on the big mac was terrible.I find this absolutely rediculous that I was not able to receive fresh food. Someone who was pregnant ate the meal, what if she was to get sick due to stale old food? Will McDonald's fit the medical bill. The McDonald's I placed an order from was the one in Durban CND Dr Prixley Kasema Street. Whoever packed the food firstly needs to know the difference between fresh and stale food. Secondly managment should not be putting stale food on the shelves to sell out and thirdly teach your staff how to assemble the meals. Burgers looked so slap dash. I want to know what is going to be done about this. My contract number is ***
