Stale chips no response

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's Ballito Junction. I was given stale chips with my order, which I pointed out to the staff at 9:30. It's now 10:18, and I still haven't received a replacement. Despite asking three staff members, none of them were able to find a manager to assist me. Instead, they kept passing the buck. The lack of customer service and care is really letting them down. Has anyone else had a similar experience at this McDonald's
