stale cake

Worst breakfast experience this morning at McDonald's in springs .We waited over 40 minutes to order and it was like a fish market with all the bickering and when we got our order the cake was rock hard .We then requested to speak to the manager who never came .We just gave the lady back the cake and just walked out of that fish market.
