Stale buns and rude management!

To whom it may concern

Today I went to McDonald's at Liberty Promenade in Mitchell's Plain, the branch outside on AZ Berman drive. I ordered a Big Mac Meal and a 10 piece nuggets by the drive through. When I got home, my wife just being my wife inspected the food. She checked the burger to see if everything was okay. The top bun was nice and soft but the bottom was so stiff and was obviously stale. I then drove back to McDonalds to tell them that I had a problem with my order. The cashier checked the burger and called the manager. The manager, whose surname is Kweba checked it and gave me a "fresh" burger. When I got home my wife checked again and saw that it was the exact same burger just with more letters and onions thrown on it! The same soft top bun and stale bottom bun. I took it back and showed the cashier who helped me the first time I brought it back and she too confirmed that it was indeed the same burger! She proceeded to call the store manager to sort out the matter. The store manager, Kweba, came and told me that it was not the same burger and we went back and forth arguing over this burger. I then told him I don't have time for this and asked him to get me his manager. He then brought another manager(female) on the same level as him after I specifically told him to bring me HIS manager as I don't have time for Mickey mouse games. We were still arguing when the female manager told me that she can't help us if we keep arguing. I then told her that her job was to take him away from me with which she responded that she can not do that. I then asked for a refund. Kweba then walked away and the female manager responded with "you want the refund because you don't have money now you want money back that's why you are going on like this about the burger". Kweba then came back to the drive through window to bring the money and then I asked him the females name he then refused to give it, he hit on his chest and said "you dealing with me, I'm in charge!" which made me very angry. I then told him I'll **** him up, he then rep**** by saying I can come and try. I went around to park the car, got out and they locked the front door. He then started snapping pictures of me and my car as if I was the one in the wrong. I then stood for 5-7 minutes explaining to the security guard what had happened and asked if he could assist me. He then advised me to come back Tuesday as there might be higher management in the store. I'm so disgusted by McDonald's at Liberty Promenade Mitchell's Plain, outside branch on AZ Berman drive as the restaurant is 5 minutes away from us and is our place to go if no supper has been prepared.
