Stale Buns

Good morning,<br> <br> I would please like to make you aware of my disappointment at the lack of freshness of your food and to prevent that it happens again. I purchased 3 cheeseburgers from your Randpark Ridge branch yesterday. Unfortunately all 3 buns were completely stale and dried out. I purchase from this specific McDonald's on a regular basis and this ins not the first time that this has happened. <br> Could you please address this and prevent future occurrences.
