Staff with no customer service

So this is the 2nd time i had to report staff that has no customer service,today we went to delft branch as i was still on a call my husband went in & had to use bathroom 1st while waiting for m to come in to place order as i come in i hear an argument between him & staff member about he needs to purchase before using the bathroom & he asked her name she screams at him what her name is i then ask to speak to manager just to find out that i have reported him previously also for shouting at me in restuarant & i ask him about his staff member that shouts her name out loud while other people is eating their meals watching us he ask me what people i then ask him his name he says to me same like last time u reported me they have a really bad attitude its not the 1st time being humiliated my husband just ended up buying himself a cone & we decide to use a different branch to purchase our food where we were welcomed with friendly staff,i mean like really u a loyal customer but u need to purchase before using toilet so u can urinate yourself wet 1st this branch disgust me there toilet is dirty staff is always busy with their own conversations than seeing to customers needs & hygeine in toilets
