Staff Unprofessionalism

What a very bad experience I had at MacDonalds in Kolonade on the 14-09-2019 it was at 20:20 The staff is not professional including the manager. They don't listen to what the client wants and when they get the order wrong they argue with a client. The staff there must all go for training on how to do their job and how to treat their clients.
