Staff unconcerned about customers

The staff were busy having a good ol conversation and not bothered at all with our order and we were the last customers in the store. The manager came out after 20 minutes to scould them, and still they don't di anything. The lady finally comes to fill chips, and calls the manager who has been sitting in her office and apparently did monitor the cameras. The staff there in the kitchen needs to be fired as they do not value their jobs. Ps. Whats the pint in asking if we want to be contacted if this can't suffice to our area.
