? Staff not trained

I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour in my entire life. McDonald’s Monavoni is the worst. They charged me a fee for 2 meals instead of one. After that I have to be the one busy with up and down for refund. They said I must email them my proof of banking details and my card number. I am still lost cause I want to understand the reason they want the card number, no one can explain till today why I must send the card number.

They don’t even explain how much is your order you just swipe. Then you get shocked to see the notification. I am starting to doubt that McDonald’s staff are trained. The behaviour I saw is out of this world. *********** staff.
