Staff has no manners

On 26 July 2015 20:05pm me and my husband drove through the drive through for Fried Chips and Cappuccino's. we received our stuff and we stopped in front of McDonald's to through in the sugars and then drive off so I noticed it was just normal coffee, so I immediately took it back inside and told the lady who helped us, she said we must wait she will be write back, she almost took 30 minutes to come back with the stuff and she again gave us coffee with the same cup holder that was wet of the coffee spilling, I told the lady this is coffee I paid for a cappuccino she told me it's the machine not her fault. I was so furious I walked out and gave the coffee to a homeless guy, I was not in the mood to argue with that lady. They weren't even that busy and this is the third time it happened to us, the first time the cappuccinos was cold and we took it back , the second time they also gave me coffee instead of Cappuccinos, i told my husband never again will i buy at McDonald's again
