staff dishonesty

I purchased 3 choc and oreo mcflurries costing R20, was charged for the choc mcflurries but got the normal oreo mcflurries, upon complaining instead of getting freshly made mcflurries they added chocolate as a result I hot 3 very watery mcflurries. This is the third time Im experiencing this at Mcdonalds mthatha. Very recently I bought 6 mcfeasts from the same Mcdonalds was charged for them and was only given 5. When cmplaining the staff assisting meme had a ghastly attitude, very rude. Mcdonalds mthatha stagf are ripping their customers off.
