Staff behavior

I am at the McDonald's in Protea Glen Mall and I asked the manager who does not have name tag to reduce the air con as it was too much and she stated she cannot. What nonsense is that? Secondly when I called her she decided to leave while I was calling her. What nonsense service is this?
