Staff attitude, waiting time and cold food

I am so disappointed with your cashier at mcdonald’s polokwane.. she has so much attitude and ended up throwing food in my face all because I asked how long will the food take since ive been waiting for the longest time.. Even worse after waiting so long for the food I receive cold foldover

I bought food today at 14:34 at mcdonald polokwane cnr grobler and market and 12 minutes later i was still waiting for the food.. orders made after mine kept on being dished out but mine was nowhere to be found and I was told that they use sequence to prepare food as soon as I said I asked they prepared my food and when she gave it to me she threw the tray at me, with no serviette or straw and I had to beg her to give those to me What is even worse is that I expected food that is atleast warm since I waited so long for the food to be prepared only to get very cold meal
