Staff attitude

<p>I just went on a McDonald's drive thru in faramere and ordered a spicy chicken fold over n breakfast wrap. I was however asked to wait on the side while they prepare my order after making payment to what I ordered. To my surprise I waited for over 15 minutes for my order while other customers who ordered after me drove off. I then asked 1 of the employees who walked pass my car and he ran to the window while I reversed back to the window only to find they gave me a wrong order and instead of apologizing for giving me a wrong order after waiting for so long the employee said he's teaching customers responsibility! That was just unacceptable as they did not listen and do things right first time and because I'm black he took advantage in the name of teaching me responsibility! I've been to McDonald's so many times and he has no right to teach me responsibilities I already know. They just have no customer centricity!</p>
