Spoiled the surprise

I've made a order early this morning for niece who's in hospital who went through 2 operations this week and I felt like surprising her. Then I struggled to the email regarding to track the order and also getting hold of the branch in Rondebosch Cape town. After more than an hour I got hold through a different branch. Just to find out they don't have a driver yet. Eventually when the driver arrived at the hospital he couldn't make contact having my cousin who's pregnant wait for him. There the food gets to them its ice cold. How should they warm it if they not at home having access to a microwave
