Spending the value of your order in airtime trying to find out where the order is

I usually don't have an issue with them until my experience today. I placed my order and after an hour I phoned to check up on it because it usually gets delivered within 30mins. Then the call centre agent confirms that It was supposed to be delivered already and that he will call back. After 10mins I phone again and the call centre agent holds me on the line while they confirm with the branch. She says it should be delivered within the next 10 mins. I had to phone again after 15mins because nothing was delivered. While holding the line a second time for 10mins the order finally arrived. I literally waited an hour and a half.
