special order sticker found in chicken foldover!

Went to the drive through at mcdonalds umhlanga, and had my worst food experience to date. I ordered 2 chicken folders without tomato and 1 with spicey sauce, got home and while eating I realized that they got the order wrong and added spicy sauce to both the meals, it could have been a simple mistake but as I began eating I felt something wrong with my food and as I swallowed I began to choke, I threw up and only to find that I had been eating my food with a strip of special order stickers, I opened the rest of my foldover and found another 1, I have pictures of the food and the sticker still attached to sticker strip. I'm am exteremly frustrated and annoyed but the negligence of the staff, what worries me more is that it could have been one of my children in that stituation, I hope I get a speend response as I am going to warn everyone about this incident and make them aware as this could be a fatal accident.
