'special order'

We went to promenade mall Mitchell's plan Mac Donald's branch got there 23:45 placed our order while standing and waiting with two cars in front of us the staff were arguing with two customers regarding their order when we finally got to the window staff claimed they are closed and shut the window and acted as if we are lying a lady came to the window saying she never took our order later the other lady confirmed she took our order and was looking for us so why make a new order if we were 2 cars behind then the order had to be waiting there. We asked for the manager because we had placed our order already and he then said they are close because the security closed the drive thru the security confirmed to him that he closed after us as we were already in the queue, when we finally got our order you can clearly see that the one cooldrink had another layer over it and this was not the same as the other one, i am disgusted by this, this is unacceptable and a cause for concern.
