Special Coke cup promotion

Hi there... Do you guys know about Mc Donalds coke cups they giving away. So ive tried to redeem mine and the service here at Sea Points McDonald's leaves much to be desired. The manageres ZIYANDA NONWELE seems that shes living in her own world. My phone says i redeemed the cup hence locking the deal but their scanners says its not redeemed and guess what.. There nothing she can do or rather opted to do nothing. There will be more deals in the future is all i got in return. Question now is... Who gets my cup that i redeemed but didn't get. No McDonald's.... Not the service i expected. Anyone with a similar experience. I guess more coke cups to take jome or to sell somewhere i suppose.
