Sort out your self service terminal

I ordered a Low GI sandwich on the self service terminal at McDonald's Diepkloof Square. It's really not the first time such an incident occurs. The kiosk allows you to order a sandwich however when you get to the teller they tell you, they don't sell sandwiches. My concern is, why does it allow one to buy it on the self service terminal yet the store doesn't have it. It's a huge inconvenience. They should consider adding that "Not available" sign on their terminal in as much they have on their green salad and it's been like that for a while now. Please consider catering for all clients not just have a fixed mindset that every client that walks in your store is After burgers & fries. I person want that low GI sandwich and green salad, I honestly don't have to drive to Southgate for such.
