Sorry sir we are closed

On 25 October around 20:20 we visited Mcdonalds Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. At arrival a security guard stop us and say Sorry we are closed. There is no cashier to help. Unless you go drive through. Clients we standing at counter and is served while we must just turn around and cut our losses. Really? Being a patent of a 4 year old son who loves Mcdonalds to turn around at the door.
