Son got hurt

On the 28/10/2015 my husband took my kids for lunch at McD's while waiting the kids did go and play at the playstation area , my son got hurt under need his foot which a tile cut him right below his toe my husband did logged a complain with the refno: NEW CASE WITH REF CAS-14487 H6X7Q5 send to him via sms on Sunday 01/11/2015 they called and all they could say was sorry and that ,that Mc Donalds is due for a revamp in Febraury 2016 which got nothing to do with us fact remains my son got hurt and now his very terrified to go to any McDonalds , Im very unhappy about this as a parent ,
