Something Needs to Change

I am truly disappointed with our McDonald's at retail crossing. We have been going there for at least 5 years and we have never been this disappointed in the food and messing up of our orders the last few months. We loved going there but now we have to look at taking our business elsewhere. We have had so many mixing up of our orders, over filling of our milkshakes and who puts a burger in the bag on its side??? I am complaining now because I am frustrated and feed up with paying money for this. It's truly upsetting to me and I did not expect this from them. It's ok to make mistakes but it's now on a regular basis every time we go there, I just can't keep quiet anymore. #SomethingNeedsToChange
