Something found in my food

I stopped off at a McDonalds on 05/03/15 to get a sausage egg mc****in and a coffee. I was successful in attaining my meal and headed off to work. Once i got there and started eating the mc****in, i found a hairy- card board like substance in my food. I reported it on their customer care website and i received an email from them apologising for the incident and that the manager of that store would be calling me.I have not received a call. They then called me and said that they cannot get through to me, i then provided alternative contact details and explained to them that email would be the best way to contact me seeing as there is terrible signal in my building. to date i have not received any phone call or mail. now THAT is terrible customer service from customer care as well as the branch.
