Sold over burned food!!!!! Poor poor service

I bought food from Mc Donalds Greenstone branch and when I arrived home in Kempton Park to consume it, i realized the food was badly burned, beyond consumption. I went out of my way to buy something else to eat. 2 days later i went to the nearest Mc Donalds to return the food with the receipt & they told me they cant assist as i didn’t purchase there. The Manager called the other branch & they advised me to come in for a refund. I advised them that its out of my way & will cost me more petrol to drive there & back. I asked them to refund me the R89.90. That was before Christmas in Dec, they took my banking details and keep saying they will refund me, till today, nothing
