Soggy food & awful service.

I ordered two mega mc****in meals with two watermelon mcfizz soda's, as well as a cheese burger meal with a cream soda through the Mcdelivery app from the Promenade branch. Upon delivery my food was soaked as the cream soda cooldrink had fallen all over it. The delivery mentioned he told the staff he needs a cup holder for the trip but they haven't provided him with one. I struggled for more than 1 hour trying to speak to someone at that branch. Whenever I tried speaking to someone I was advised no manager is available to speak to and they refused to send me proper food since I was sitting with a drenched bag due to negligence. Eventually after all the back & forth realizing I wasn't getting anywhere with these people we went to the store and demanded they either fix what they messed up or reimburse me. After all that trouble, bad customer service and the awful food the gave, safe to say McDonald's employees does not give two hoots!
