I ordered a BBQ Double meal. Chanell, the teller, rang it up & all she asked was if it was sit down/takeaway. I then asked her what is on the burger & she said: tomato, lettuce & onions. I advised that I do not want any of that on my burger. She then told me, while rolling her eyes & with an annoyed tone, that I should have told her before she put the order through because there's nothing she can do about it. However, she \edited\" the order without any intervention, which tells me that the order wasn't finalised. Anyway, thereafter, it occurred to me that the burger also has cheese which I did not want. She didn't mention this initially when I asked. She then became further irritated when I said I don't want any cheese. Her manager, Constance was standing right there & didn't look phased at all even though I told her that I was not happy with the service. Chanell then went to advise the kitchen not to put cheese on the burger and then asks me if I want the sauce (DUH! The BBQ part IS the sauce!). It gets better. One of the kitchen staff then asked if I just want the bun & sauce. WHAT?! I voiced my thoughts on the service & Chanell showed me that she would just continue to ignore me"
