So disappointed!!!!

I ordered a large amount of meals from McD on Atlas Rd as I always do for my team training days - R300 (my training day unfortunately got cancelled and I went to get the refund straight away (the order was only for 4 hours after I cancelled)

They said they couldn’t refund I must come back the next day when they have petty cash

I came back and now they can’t refund me (because I paid with card) - that makes absolutely NO sense!!

I will rather never order from McDonald's again and just get our meals from somewhere else (that would be for all our conferences where 1000+ people come!

Pathetic!
