So called Mcdonalds rewards program

I heard about the Mcdonalds rewards program from friends and was really excited about it so, I decided to up-size my meals to participate in it. I tried the first time and it didn't work so I had contacted their help desk email and was sent an automated email stating that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. It has now been 3 days and nobody has gotten back to me. I attempted to purchase a second meal yesterday and up-sized it to be able to try again and big surprise, the voucher does not work and no help whatsoever from the "support team". This is the "rewards" you get for being a loyal customer.
