Snail found in Mcdonalds Burger

On Sunday evening, my girlfriend, son and i thought we'd rather not cook and get Mc Donalds instead. This however turned into a rather 'Crunchy and slimy' supper. I bit into (not completely crushing it's she'll) what appears to be a garden snail.

Not sure how you guys missed this but you should most certainly check your fresh produce more thoroughly.

This is of course considered a health hazard.

Please advise on how I should proceed?

I have photos if needed and the sample is actually being kept in my refrigerator.

I have shared this in social media however I have received no response from Mc Donalds.
