Snail Food Drive Through and wrong order

I literally had the worst experience that I have had at a McDonald's in a long time at your Benoni branch yesterday.

After placing our order at the drive through we were told to wait at the second collections window which we did. We must have waited there at least 20 - 25 minutes while cars behind us were being served and leaving.

Eventually somebody came to the collections window asking to see our receipt. We then waited another 10 minutes for our burgers and chips. This was given to us with no apologies or anything for the long wait.

Then upon getting home and unpacking our order we realized that of the 3 X Big Mac Meals we had ordered only 2 were provided so I paid for 3 XL Big Mac Meals but only got 2 and waited about 30-40 minutes for that.

I refuse to have to drive back to the store and waste my time and petrol for poor service.

I expect this to be resolved by either refunding me my money or delivering me my order Mark Beylis
